Do I need to pay sales tax?
During checkout you do not need to worry about sales tax even if you are a
California resident. When applicable we pay your sales tax for you, aren't we nice?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American
Express. We also accept paypal.

How do you ship your items?
For domestic orders we use either USPS or Fedex depending on the weight of your order.
International orders are always shipping via USPS Air Mail.
Currently, we don't offer shipping options instead
we choose the most cost efficient method for your order.

How do you print your apparel?
All of our apparel is professionally screen printed using only the highest
quality equipment and inks. We NEVER use inferior methods like heat transfers etc.

What if an item is out of stock?
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but unfortunately some items may
not be available. Usually stock is updated in 1-2 weeks. Currently we do not
allow back-orders on out-of-stock items.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?
During the checkout process you will be given an estimated time of arrival for your
order. But generally orders are processed within 1-3 days of payment (if using echeck with paypal the
check must clear first). Shipping times can vary greatly from location to location, typically
domestic orders take 2-7 days and international orders take 5-10 days.

Will there be duty fees on my international order?
Orders not shipped within the US may incur duty fees. Note, that any fees incurred are
your responsiblity. Every country has different policies regarding duties that must be paid, but typically
orders under $25-30 do not incur any fees. Please check with your local government for
further details.

At this time we are not accepting wholesale requests, but possibly in the future.
